I’m Sasha, the ceramic artist behind Sasha Monai Ceramics. I make small-batch, hand-built and wheel-thrown pieces in Brooklyn, NY.

My work is inspired by the textures and forms of the sea - barnacles, weathered surfaces, and the tiny details you notice along the shoreline. What started as a love of working with clay has grown into an ongoing exploration of texture, form, and all things slightly strange and sea-covered.
